Laverne 4th of July & 3rd on Main Vendor Form

This form is for vendors interested in participating in the Laverne 4th of July celebrations. Booth space rentals are available for two events:

• July 3rd – 3rd on Main (Downtown on Jane Jayroe Blvd)
  6:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  No electricity hookups; must bring your own generator
  $25 booth fee
• July 4th – Laverne City Park
  12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  $25 without electricity / $50 with electricity
  Limited electric hookups available — choose between 20 AMP or 50 AMP

Vendors must provide their business information, contact details, and a description of the items they plan to sell. Booth assignments are first-come, first-served. Vendors are responsible for their own property, setup, and cleanup. All payments are final.

Important Deadline: All payments and forms are due by June 27th.
